Linda Charlton

Linda Charlton is a professional pianist based in Lake County, where she is also a part-time reporter/photographer. She is currently the principal pianist with the Imperial Symphony Orchestra in Lakeland, where she has also played French horn. She is considered a collaborative pianist, with extensive experience accompanying and playing chamber music. She is frequently seen at the University of Central Florida, typically playing piano with advanced students, and also has a long track record as pianist / musical director in community theater, with the bulk of her shows being at the Melon Patch Players Theatre in Leesburg. She holds a master of music degree in performance on classical piano from the University of Miami.

Alaine Gorman

Alaine Gorman grew up within the Tuskawilla United Methodist Church community. She received her Bachelor’s in Business and Information Management (B.I.M.) from Seminole State College. For the last three years she has been volunteering with TUMC’s Youth Ministry and, in August 2017, took on a leadership role, alongside her parents, Deb and Bill Gorman, with TUMC’s Children’s Ministry. She has previously worked with adults with special needs and as a counselor / corrections officer within a juvenile facility in Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Alaine enjoys going to Disney with her nieces, Emma and Hope, whom she helps raise with her sister, Debby.

Ty Riddle

Mr. Riddle holds a Masters in Sacred Music from SMU, a BA in Vocal Music Ed. from USF and a Post-Bac. in Elementary Ed. from UCF. He has served as Director of Music Ministries in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Dallas, Denver, Jacksonville and Orlando as well as taught elementary music and regular classroom throughout Florida. He is married to the Rev. Dr. Barbara Williams Riddle, the founding pastor of TUMC. They have served together and he has taught or directed music. He and Barbara have two sons (Jamie & Robbie) two daughters-in-love (Julie & Kathleen) and six grandsons (Benjamin, Cameron, Sheppard, Brennan, Jack & Parker) ages 5–16. The Riddles retired in 2009, and moved to Longwood, FL to be close to their sons and their families.
